Note that furniture and extremely heavy items may require an additional 8 to 12 weeks for custom production and delivery. To facilitate In-Home Delivery, please provide your street address and daytime telephone number (including area code) and contact Customer Service - cservice@fclstyle.com or 1.888.325.3133 regarding any issues that involve special handling (such as flights of stairs that may require additional charges). The shipping service will contact you directly to arrange the day and time of delivery. Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday. The 12% shipping and handling charge applies only to shipments within the contiguous 48 states.
